​As one of the best examples of a dedicated certified public accountant, Grace Yuen, joined Simpson & Simpson, CPAS in 1987 after graduating from Pepperdine University. In 1989, she obained her CPA accreditation and has gained over 31 years of audit experience concentrating primarily in the areas of government and non-profit organizations.
​Grace has supervised numerous audits performed under the Government Auditing Standards and OMB Circular A-133. Currently serving as Field Partner within a vast network of clientele, Grace oversees the annual audits of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles, City of Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions System, Water and Power Employee Retirement Plans, Sourthen California Edison Employee Benefit Plans and Sempra Energy Employee Benefit Plans.

Culitivating a wealth of knowledge has enable Grace to gain significant experience in audits of revenue and gross receipts of concessionaires and lessees of but not limited to the following:

Los Angeles County Department of Beaches and Harbors,

Department of Park and Recreation,

Audits of transient occupancy tax collected by the County of Los Angeles, and

residual receipts related to development and borrowing agreementsof the Commnity Redevelopment Agency of the City of Los Angeles.
Grace is also a proud serving member of the American Insistue of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), California Society of CPAs, and Govenmental Finance Officers Association of the United States and Canada.
